JIM CASHION DIES LAST NIGHT AT 11:45

About 11:45 last night Jim Cashion died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Cashion, on West Heard street, from the effects of a self inflicted wound by a 22 target rifle on Saturday Last.

The young man was given every attention possible after he had committed the rash act, and every effect was made to bring him to health again, but to no avail.

He was 26 years of age and was a member of one of the oldest families in Cleburne. The funeral took place this afternoon at 4 o’clock from the family home, services being conducted by Rev. Henry F. Brooks, pastor the Anglin Street Methodist church. The burial took place in the City Cemetery.

This is not a genealogy -- it is just a list.
